Many of them are stock photos from the "Sozaijiten / Material Dictionary" series by Japanese company Image Navi Corporation, and the Korean website Asadal, but there are also many other ones. Material Dictionary 178: Eco Images - Greenery, Water & Air (2006)

"Sozaijiten" (素材辞典), which translates to Material Dictionary, is a Japanese-produced collection of stock images made by Image Navi Corporation, spanning over 246 volumes. They represent different subjects, such as flowers, rocks, and more, some of which were even used in Pokémon card backgrounds. These volumes were released on CD-ROM format, which you can find at sozaijiten.com.

Volume 178 is focused on vibrant images of nature, water and air, giving a sense of freshness and purity. Credits to ShivaShaw for uploading this volume.
