The Frutiger Aero Archive

As a PC user during the 2000's, and a lover of technology, i took interest in Frutiger Aero as soon as i learned about it. But i saw that there was not many websites talking about it in depth or sharing many resources / images of it. So i thought of making this website, as a fun little project.

I was inspired to make this after looking at Solinus ⧉'s amazing website and a few other websites on neocities. Many images were shared from members of the Frutiger Aero Discord server ⧉, from which i'm a member of.

This website looks at it's best on a 1080p resolution, but i did my best to make it usable on every device. The design of the website is inspired by the 1990's and early 2000's websites, which were made with computers monitors in mind, before the smartphone revolution.

A warning on scams in the FA community

There is a very famous figure in the Frutiger Aero community, Skeuoss, who is present on various social media and runs a ecommerce website. This person is trying to profit off of the aesthetic, while stealing other people's work, using AI for almost everything. He runs a website that completly ripped off someone else's on Neocities. All of his products are dropshipped, and the company is very shady. I received many reports of objects arriving damaged, in bad quality, or never arriving at all. The products are mostly sourced from Aliexpress and Alibaba, but are sold at a way higher price. Please avoid him at all costs, and don't support him.

Recent Updates

• 19/11/2024 - Made a new section explaining the history of Frutiger Aero, how it came about, how it ended, i've spent a few hours writing all this, i hope it's gonna help people to learn more about it.

• 18/11/2024 - Added a summary in Wallpapers section, added some icons. I made the website layout a bit darker, and added shadows. I also added icons on the left navbar.

• 25/10/2024 - Added 200 more wallpapers from the "Material Dictionary 206: Eco Images - Environment & The Future" CD.

• 19/10/2024 - Organised the wallpapers in more categories, added download button to music player.

• 24/09/2024 - Changed logo, polished the look a bit, changed background.
